Just a quick little note for Memorial Day
It comes every year last Monday of May.
A sign the end of the School year is near
Time to barbeque and drink some beer.

A three day weekend to kickoff summer
Some get drunk and could not act dumber.
If with your friends and family you do gather
try not to let the conversation turn to blather.

If you find you have nothing much to say
remember why we have this Memorial day.
As you have fun and gather in your groups
take a little time to honor our fallen troops.
